1. All of the photographs on this page are original art photos taken by me, the artist, and as such, belong to the artist, and are protected under federal copyright laws.


2. Purchase of a photo print entitles the purchaser only to display the photo in a frame or album, in a home, office or other place of business. Purchase of a photo does not in any way entitle the purchaser to use the image in a publication or to display the image, in digital form, on a website.
   
   
   1. No one may, without my express consent, download, alter, link to, or publish on a web site or in a printed publication, any of these images, including thumbnails.
      
      
      1. Anyone wishing to use my images on a website, must first ask for and receive permission and must give proper acknowledgment of your source, by referencing both my name and my web site URL.
      
      
      2. Anyone wishing to use any of my images for publication, must contact me for information on licensing options. Prices will vary depending upon whether the licensing is for a single use or multiple uses.


3. Duplication and manipulation of the photo in any manner, including scanning or photocopying is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating an altering a digital version of the image for the purpose of creating a new work.


4. Purchase of either photo prints or licensing rights shall be understood to be an acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, all the above Reserved Rights and Terms of Use.
